Very few Android phones use two matched drivers. The standard arrangement pairs a bottom-firing loudspeaker with the earpiece pressed into service as a second channel — and the earpiece was designed for close-range voice at low volume, not for filling a room. It is smaller, produces far less bass, and sits in a much smaller enclosure.
Manufacturers often mix more energy to the bottom driver, which increases the perceived imbalance further. None of this is a fault.

from the loudspeaker, and Xiaomi, OnePlus, Vivo and Realme have equivalents. A controlled test tone is more
reliable than memory. If the receiver test sounds normal, the imbalance you are hearing is the design.
Play a mono voice memo and cover the bottom grille with a fingertip so only the upper channel plays. Judge it in isolation — comparing two channels by ear while both play is unreliable, because your brain merges them.
