What to include for a tool problem

If the tool is not producing sound or behaving oddly, the following makes it much faster to diagnose:

• Device make and model
• Operating system version
• Browser and version
• Whether any sound plays at all, or none
• Whether Bluetooth was connected at the time

Corrections

If something on this site is factually wrong, tell us which page and what is incorrect. We will fix it and note the change.

What we cannot do

We are not a repair service and cannot diagnose an individual device remotely. If your speaker shows the symptoms described in when a sound tool won’t help, a local technician is the right next step.
